Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of WC 2026, an independent fan companion app for schedules, host city guides, team alerts, and tournament planning.

Apple Standard EULA

Use of the app is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

Independent Fan App

WC 2026 is not affiliated with FIFA, U.S. Soccer, Canada Soccer, the Mexican Football Federation, any host city, stadium operator, tournament organizer, team, league, or official body. All names are used for identification and informational purposes only.

Information Accuracy

We work to keep schedules, city guides, standings, and live score information useful and current, but tournament information can change. Always verify official match times, ticket details, stadium rules, transit advisories, and venue policies through official sources before travel or attendance.

Purchases

The app may offer a lifetime purchase and a monthly subscription. Prices and availability are shown in the App Store purchase sheet before you confirm payment. Purchases are processed by Apple. Subscription cancellation and refund handling are managed through your Apple ID account settings and Apple's policies.

Notifications

Match alerts are a convenience feature. We do not guarantee delivery time or availability of notifications because delivery depends on iOS, device settings, network state, and system conditions.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its services, attempt to reverse engineer protected parts of the app, or use it for unlawful activity.

No Warranty

The app is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by schedule changes, incorrect third-party data, travel disruptions, missed notifications, or venue policy changes.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the updated terms.
